On May 13th 2026, the Union québécoise de réhabilitation des oiseaux de proie (UQROP) officially inaugurated its new facilities at Chouette à voir!, in Saint-Jude: a birds of prey interpretation centre, an outdoor walkway, and a sustainable access bridge built using reclaimed materials.

The event brought together partners, elected officials, collaborators, and community members to celebrate this important milestone for the organization. The day notably featured the release of a Red-shouldered Hawk and the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony.

UQROP warmly thanks everyone who contributed to the completion of these meaningful projects supporting the future of its mission.
